NLC India Limited (NLCIL) has announced plans to develop a 110 MW solar power plant in Uttar Pradesh as part of its renewable energy expansion. 

The project will support the state’s clean energy targets and improve green power availability. NLCIL continues to diversify beyond lignite-based generation. 

The project is expected to be executed under a competitive tariff framework. It reinforces the company’s long-term transition towards sustainable energy.
