Lemon Tree Hotels has signed agreements to open new properties in Andhra Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, expanding its footprint in emerging leisure and business destinations. 

The deals involve asset-light management contracts that align with the brand’s focus on capital-efficient growth and broader geographic diversification. 

Both properties are expected to tap regional tourism and improving business travel demand while reinforcing Lemon Tree’s presence in tier-2 and tier-3 markets. 

Management noted that the new hotels will benefit from local connectivity upgrades and anticipated demand from both corporate and leisure guests. 

These additions are part of a strategic effort to widen market share beyond metro clusters.
