Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a hotel operation agreement for a Lemon Tree Suites property in Tirupati, marking another addition to its southern India portfolio. 

The hotel will cater to pilgrimage, leisure, and business travellers visiting the temple town. Tirupati sees consistent year-round footfall, making it an attractive hospitality market. 

The signing supports Lemon Tree’s asset-light growth strategy through management contracts. 

It also reflects rising investor interest in religious tourism-driven destinations
