KEI Industries has started production of low-tension and high-tension cables at its Sanand Phase-1 facility in Gujarat. 

The commissioning marks a major step in the company’s capacity expansion strategy. 

The plant is designed to cater to rising demand from power transmission, infrastructure, and industrial projects. 

It improves supply-chain responsiveness and manufacturing efficiency. 

The development reinforces KEI’s focus on strengthening domestic production capabilities
