The Odisha cabinet has approved Kalyani Group’s proposal to establish a hi-tech manufacturing cluster with an investment of Rs. 17,000 crore.

The cluster will focus on advanced manufacturing segments such as defence, aerospace, and precision engineering

It is planned as an integrated industrial development with common infrastructure.

The project will be implemented in multiple phases over several years. Cabinet approval enables land allotment and initiation of further clearances.

The project is expected to strengthen Odisha’s high-value manufacturing ecosystem.
