The Odisha cabinet has approved the Kalyani Group’s proposed hi-tech manufacturing cluster with an investment of Rs. 17,000 crore.

The cluster will focus on advanced manufacturing across defence, aerospace, and precision engineering segments.

The project is planned as an integrated industrial ecosystem with common infrastructure.

It is expected to be developed in phases over multiple years. The approval strengthens Odisha’s push into high-value manufacturing sectors.
