Jupiter International and AMPIN Energy Transition have inaugurated a solar cell and module manufacturing facility in Odisha. The joint venture aims to expand domestic solar manufacturing capacity.

The facility will support India’s renewable energy targets by providing locally manufactured components.

Domestic production is key to reducing dependence on imports in the solar sector.

The project also strengthens Odisha’s position in renewable energy manufacturing.
