JSW Energy has announced the successful commissioning of the first 80 MW unit of its 240 MW Kutehr Hydro Electric Project in Himachal Pradesh. 

This milestone marks a significant step in the project's journey toward full completion and will add a crucial source of clean, renewable energy to the national grid. 

The remaining units of the plant are scheduled for phased commissioning in the coming months, which will further bolster JSW Energy's growing portfolio of green energy assets. 

The Kutehr Hydro Project is expected to play a key role in helping the country meet its renewable energy targets while providing stable and reliable power to the region.
