The Jaipur Development Authority's (JDA) land and property settlement committee has given its approval for land allotments for a series of crucial infrastructure projects aimed at enhancing urban development across the city.

A 10,000 sq. mtrs. plot has been sanctioned free of cost for establishing a new government Industrial Training Institute (ITI) in Vidyadhar Nagar. Additionally, 14,940 sq. mtrs. have been allotted to Central Jail Jaipur for the development of an open jail complex in Sanganer. 

Under the AMRUT 2.0 scheme, the committee agreed to forward a proposal to the state government for 500 sq. mtrs. to construct a sewage pumping station in Amer. Rajasthan Vidyut Vitran Nigam has also been allotted land in Guwardi village for a new grid substation.

The Regional Transport Office (RTO) Jaipur (I) will sign a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for 3,000 sq. mtrs. of land to create a parking and seizure yard for old and confiscated vehicles. 

Furthermore, a proposal will be sent to allot 3,000 sq. mtrs. in West-Way Heights for Anushthan Sansthan Khatushyamji to establish a multispecialty hospital.
