ITC Hotels has said that it will construct a new hotel in Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, with an investment of Rs 328 crore.

The upcoming hotel, featuring 200 keys, is scheduled for completion by 2029 and marks ITC's first owned property in the city. 

  his development aligns with ITC Hotels' broader investment and expansion strategy, aimed at strengthening its presence in high-growth destinations across India.

Although ITC does not currently own any hotels in Vishakhapatnam, it manages two properties under contract: Welcomhotel Devee Grand Bay with 104 rooms and Fortune in Sree Kanya, managed through a wholly owned subsidiary, offering 68 rooms. T
