Indian Oil Corporation Limited has secured the bid for the KTPL gas pipeline project, further strengthening its presence in the midstream energy infrastructure segment.

The project is expected to enhance gas transportation capacity, supporting industrial consumption and expanding access to cleaner fuel alternatives.

Pipeline infrastructure remains critical to India’s energy transition, enabling efficient distribution and reducing reliance on more carbon-intensive fuels.

The development also supports expansion of city gas distribution networks in connected regions.
