Global hospitality major Hyatt Hotels Corporation has partnered with Brigade Group to develop a Grand Hyatt property on Chennai’s ECR and a Hyatt House hotel in Bengaluru’s Devanahalli. The projects target both luxury and extended-stay segments in high-growth urban corridors.

The Chennai ECR development is expected to cater to premium leisure and business travellers, leveraging the city’s coastal tourism appeal. Meanwhile, the Bengaluru project will focus on long-stay corporate guests near the airport ecosystem.

The dual development reflects growing demand for differentiated hospitality formats across Indian metros.

These projects are also aligned with the broader trend of hotel chains partnering with domestic developers to expand rapidly in key markets.
