Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals has commenced commercial production at its new sulphuric acid plant, strengthening backward integration across its operations. 

The facility will support captive requirements while also catering to external industrial demand. 

This addition is expected to improve cost efficiencies and ensure stable raw material availability for downstream products. 

The expansion aligns with GSFC’s broader strategy to modernise assets and scale value-added chemical manufacturing.
