Greenply Industries has announced plans to establish a new medium-density fibreboard manufacturing facility with an investment of Rs. 500 crore by FY28. 

The proposed plant will expand MDF capacity to meet rising demand from real estate, furniture, and interior design segments. 

This expansion forms part of the company’s long-term growth and product diversification strategy. The investment reflects confidence in sustained construction and housing demand. 

It also strengthens Greenply’s footprint in the engineered wood products market.
