Goldi Solar plans to add 5 GW of module capacity and 16 GW of solar cell capacity by FY28 to meet surging domestic demand. 

The expansion supports India’s push for vertically integrated solar manufacturing. 

Higher cell capacity reduces reliance on imports and improves supply security.
