Real estate developer Gaurs Group plans to invest around Rs. 100 crore to set up a precast manufacturing plant in Noida.

The facility will produce precast concrete components used in residential, commercial, and infrastructure construction projects.

Company officials said the plant will help improve construction efficiency and reduce project timelines across its developments.

The investment reflects the growing adoption of precast technology in India’s real estate and infrastructure sectors.

The plant will be developed near the company’s ongoing projects in the National Capital Region.
