G R Infraprojects has secured an EPC contract valued at Rs 290 crore to construct the Giridih bypass in Jharkhand. 

The project covers design, supply, construction, and commissioning of the bypass, aimed at improving traffic flow and regional connectivity.

G R Infraprojects is a major player in India’s road and highway construction sector, with a portfolio that includes national highways, state roads, and urban infrastructure. 

This contract strengthens the company’s order book amid increasing government spending on infrastructure development, particularly in road networks under schemes like Bharatmala. 

The bypass will reduce congestion in Giridih town, enhance freight movement efficiency, and contribute to socio-economic development in the region.
