Eastman Auto & Power has commissioned a solar module manufacturing facility in Sonipat, Haryana.

The plant will produce modules for rooftop, commercial, and utility-scale solar projects.

Officials said the facility strengthens domestic solar manufacturing capabilities.

The development aligns with India’s push for localisation in renewable energy supply chains.

The unit is now operational.
