CCI Group has announced an investment of Rs 227 crore to develop a Grade-A warehouse facility in Sohna-Silani, Gurugram.

Spanning 9.5 lakh sq ft, this facility aims to enhance logistics efficiency in Delhi NCR and neighbouring regions.

The Sohna-Silani facility will benefit from excellent connectivity to major expressways, including the Delhi-Noida-Direct (DND) Flyway, Mumbai-Delhi Expressway, and Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) Expressway.

This strategic positioning will offer seamless access to major consumption hubs in Delhi NCR, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, and even parts of Western Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan.

The new logistics park incorporates sustainable features like solar readiness, passive ventilation, energy-efficient lighting, and rainwater harvesting. CCI Group’s commitment to environmentally responsible development is reflected in its design. The facility also focuses on safety with robust firefighting systems and a dedicated Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) for zero water waste.
