Cargill has inaugurated a Rs. 300 crore dairy feed manufacturing plant in Mandi Gobindgarh, Punjab, described by the company as South Asia’s largest dairy feed facility. 

The plant is designed to cater to dairy farmers across northern India with advanced nutritional feed solutions.

Company officials said the facility incorporates automated processing systems and high production capacity to meet rising demand from India’s dairy sector. 

The investment reflects growing commercialisation and consolidation within livestock feed manufacturing.

The plant is expected to strengthen supply chain efficiency and improve feed quality standards in the region.
