The Union Cabinet has approved highway projects worth Rs. 11,000 crore across Maharashtra, Gujarat and Telangana.

The projects include construction and upgradation of national highway corridors.

They aim to improve freight and passenger connectivity across key routes.The works will be executed by designated road development agencies.

Construction timelines will follow standard approval and tender processes.
