Leading chemical manufacturer Atul Ltd. and Buckman Laboratories (Asia) Pte. Ltd. have announced a 50:50 joint venture to provide advanced water treatment solutions in India and Sri Lanka. 

The new entity, named "Atul-Buckman," will focus on manufacturing, marketing, and delivering digitally-enabled and sustainable water management technologies.

The partnership leverages Buckman's global expertise in water treatment chemistry and digital solutions with Atul's strong manufacturing capabilities and market presence in India. 

The joint venture aims to serve a wide range of industries, including power, textiles, food processing, and municipal utilities, addressing the growing demand for efficient and environmentally-friendly water solutions in the region.
