Brigade Hotel Ventures has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Tamil Nadu government to invest Rs. 1,100 crore in Chennai.

The proposed investment is for development of a large-scale hotel project in the city.

The project will fall under the hospitality and tourism sector. Development is planned to be carried out in phases.

The project is expected to add to Chennai’s branded hotel room inventory. Implementation is subject to necessary approvals and clearances.
