Blackstone is planning a Rs. 10,000 crore digital infrastructure hub in Chenna

The proposed hub will focus on hyperscale data centres and allied digital infrastructure assets.

The project is expected to be developed in phases over the coming years.

Chennai has emerged as a key data centre location due to power availability and cable landing stations.

The investment will add to Blackstone’s existing digital infrastructure portfolio in India.
