BHVL has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Tamil Nadu government to invest Rs. 1,100 crore in Chennai.The investment is proposed for development of a large-scale project in the city. The project falls under the industrial and infrastructure segment.

Implementation is expected to be carried out in phases. The MoU is subject to statutory approvals and clearances.
