Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited has secured a Rs. 2,800 crore order for a syngas purification plant in Odisha.

The project is linked to a coal-based gasification initiative. BHEL will execute engineering, procurement, and construction works.

The plant will support conversion of coal into synthesis gas. The order adds to BHEL’s portfolio in energy and industrial projects.
