BC Jindal Group has secured a 150 MW Round-the-Clock renewable power contract under SECI’s 1,200 MW RTC tender, which mandates firm power delivery using a combination of solar, wind, and battery storage. 

The project is intended to supply uninterrupted renewable power to DISCOMs, ensuring stable generation beyond daylight hours. 

It is expected to be commissioned within 24 months, strengthening the company’s clean-energy footprint. 

The contract also highlights the growing utility preference for RTC tenders to enhance grid reliability.
