Anant Raj Cloud Private Limited, a subsidiary of Anant Raj Ltd, has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board to invest Rs. 4,500 crore in developing a large-scale data centre complex and IT park across two phases. 

The project is expected to generate around 8,500 direct and 7,500 indirect jobs, supporting the state’s push to become a national digital-infrastructure hub. 

This investment expands Anant Raj’s ongoing data-centre pipeline of over 300 MW and follows its recent capital raise aimed at strengthening its digital-infrastructure business. 

For Andhra Pradesh, the project adds momentum to its strategy of attracting long-term, high-value IT and cloud-infrastructure investments.
