Executive Summary

A new iron ore beneficiation and pelletization project is planned in Kendujhar, Odisha, including a 2 million TPA beneficiation plant, 1.2 million TPA pellet plant, sponge iron production, ferroalloy furnaces, and a 40 MW captive power plant. Additionally, MS billets and rolled products will be produced via induction furnaces, LRF, CCM, and rolling mills. With an investment of ₹7,300 million, construction is scheduled from September 2025/2026 to 2028/2029, pending environmental clearance.
