The Odisha Cabinet chaired by Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi approved six important proposals. 

As per the Cabinet's decision, an amount of Rs 108 crore will be spent for construction of Baitarani Left & Right Bank Canal.

Similarly, Rs 2,398 crore will be spent for Emergency Medical Ambulance Services (EMAS) scheme for the next five years. 

The qualification of an Anganwadi Supervisor has been updated to require a bachelor's degree.

The mega irrigation project in Anandpur of Keonjhar district received approval for Rs 108 crore. 

A proposal for creation of 24 posts in the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Department has been approved by the Cabinet.

This was informed by Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja after the meeting.
