Insolation Energy, through its subsidiary Insolation Green Energy, has secured solar projects totaling 226.45 MW under the government's PM KUSUM scheme. 

The projects, with an estimated investment of Rs 750 crore, will be set up for Jaipur and Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited. 

The PM KUSUM scheme (Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha evam Utthaan Mahabhiyaan) is a flagship initiative to promote the use of solar energy by farmers by installing solar-powered agricultural pumps and small power plants. 

The projects are scheduled for completion by 2026-27, contributing to the country's renewable energy goals.
