ECDS has announced plans to establish a Rs. 780 crore medical equipment manufacturing plant in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.

The facility will produce medical devices and related healthcare equipment.

The project is expected to strengthen domestic manufacturing of medical technology. The plant will be developed in phases.

Implementation will proceed after obtaining statutory approvals.
