- GK founders is planning to take up a aluminum scrap processing project in Ambiste Khurd, Wada, Palghar, Maharashtra. The project involves primary processing of aluminums scrap (sorting, briquetting and storing activities for aluminum scrap) with capacity of 1000 MT/M. The project is estimated to cost Rs.49 million. As of May 2021, the company has received consent from the state pollution control authorities to establish the project.
- Vedanta is planning to take up new aluminium park in Odisha. The project involves setting up an aluminium park in Odisha to facilitate companies that use the metal to set up their manufacturing units in the facility. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.100000 million. As of June 2021, the Odisha government to finalise the project.
- Brembo Brake India is planning to take up a Machining of aluminium parts manufacturing project in Mahalunge Ingle Village, Khed Taluk, Pune, Maharashtra. The project involves manufacturing of machining of aluminium parts with capacity of 1440000 Nos/Y. The estimated cost of the project Rs.203 Million. As of August 2021, the company has received consent from the state pollution control authorities to establish the project.
- Soma Alloy Industries is planning to take up a new aluminium & copper extraction unit in Kothur, Rangareddy, Telangana. The project involves setting up aluminium & copper extraction unit to produce aluminium 600 TPA, aluminium alloy 500 TPA and Non Ferrous metal products 100 TPA. The project is estimated to cost Rs.141.5 million. As of August 2021, the company has received consent from the state pollution control authorities to establish the project.
