Waree to expand module manufacturing capacity

Solar equipment manufacturer Waaree announced that it would increase its module production capacity from nine GW to 12 GW by March 2023.

A 9 GW module production plant is currently in use by Waaree, a top producer of solar panels. According to a corporate release, the company is also adding to its module manufacturing capacity, bringing it to 12 GW for a 650-watt module by March 2023.

According to the statement, this will be the greatest module manufacturing capacity outside of China.
