Svitch MotoCorp, located in Ahmedabad, has announced intentions to invest Rs 100 crore in the CSR 762 electric bike project, which is slated to enter the market this calendar year. According to the business, the e-motorbike would cost roughly Rs 1.65 lakh, with a government-mandated subsidy of Rs 40,000.
Svitch Bike, which launched in 2019, presently offers four models: the XE+, XE, MXE, and the non-electric NXE. These models are made in Gujarat’s Sanand manufacturing plant.
According to the press release, the firm has a pan-India presence with a network of over 130 dealers and distributors.
“Svitch MotoCorp plans to pump in over Rs 100 crore into the CSR 762 project in 2022,” the company said in the statement.
