PNC Infratech Ltd receives LoA for three new rural drinking water suply projects

PNC Infratech Limited, in a joint venture with SPML Infra Limited, has received Letters of Award (LOA) from the State Water Supply & Sanitation Mission, Namami Gange & Rural Water Supply Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh, for three (3) new EPC Projects titled “Survey, Design, Preparation of DPR, Construction, Commissioning, and O&M for 10 years of Rural Water Supply” for a total village of 2475 in the following districts of Uttar Pradesh from the State Water Supply & Sanitation Mission, Namami Gange & Rural Water Supply Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh:

Bareilly – Badaun district – (939 villages)
Aligarh – Aligarh district – (748 villages)
Ayodhya – Barabanki district – (650 villages)

The total estimated value of the three projects is Rs. 2,337 crore, with the exact value to be determined at the time of agreement execution, following the production and acceptance of Detailed Project Reports.

The projects will be built in 12 months after the agreements are signed and will be operational for 10 years after that. The Company’s (PNC Infratech) share in the JV is 90%.
