Ola Electric to charge up capacity to 4 mn

Ola Electric has completed the second phase of its development, which will double its plant’s capacity from 1 million to 4 million two-wheelers annually.

According to a senior company executive, motorcycles will also be a part of this. The same mega factory outside of Bengaluru will also house a plant with a 5 Gwh of advanced chemical cell battery storage capacity.

Aside from that, it is preparing to put up the first stage of its capacity for producing passenger automobiles, from which vehicles are anticipated to begin appearing in 2024.
