New line of operation in existing plant at Panipat

Here is an exciting update on the new endeavour that Tinna Rubber and Infrastructure Limited is starting. Thermo Plastic Elastomer (TPE) will now be produced at the company’s existing Panipat location thanks to the addition of a new plant, according to the announcement.

Tinna Rubber and Infrastructure Limited views the pervasive problem of plastic pollution that our country is currently experiencing as a chance for creativity. The business established its first plant to produce Composite Polymer because it has a strong commitment to sustainable practises. This cutting-edge plant will use used rubber and plastic as raw materials and turn them into useful resources.

The plant’s impressive capacity allows for the processing of an estimated 6,000 tons annually. Approximately 60% of this volume will comprise various plastic wastes while the remaining 40% will consist of Crumb Rubber derived from discarded tires.

By utilizing these materials, the company will actively contribute to the reduction of environmental harm caused by plastic and rubber waste. This new plant represents a substantial leap towards achieving our sustainability goals in manufacturing specialized materials moving up to value chain.
