A licence agreement was struck by Lemon Tree Hotels Limited for a 60-room block in Rajamundry, Andhra Pradesh, to operate under the company’s “Lemon Tree Hotel” brand. By Q3 of FY2025, the hotel is anticipated to be open.
The 60 tastefully furnished rooms at the Lemon Tree Hotel in Rajamundry will also include a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting space, swimming pool, gym, and other public facilities.
This hotel will be run by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a fully owned subsidiary and the company’s hotel management division.
