The West Bengal Power Development Corporation Limited (WBPDCL) and Maharashtra Power Generation Corporation Limited (MAHAGENCO) have each placed orders with Isgec for Dry Sorbent Injection (DSI) System Packages for their respective 2 x 210 MW (Unit #3&4) Khaperkheda Thermal Power Station and 4 x 210 MW (Unit #, 3,4,5&6) Kolaghat Thermal Power Stations.
Isgec and United Conveyor Corporation (UCC), in the USA, have a strategic project-based collaboration and technology licencing agreement for DSI Technology, whose cutting-edge technology will be used for these projects.
The scope of work includes Design, Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction, Installation, Commissioning, Startup, and Testing of DSI Package.
