Hinduja, Amul to make big investments in Uttar Pradesh

Hinduja Group and Amul have proposed investments in Uttar Pradesh worth Rs 1000 crore and Rs 800 crore, respectively, as the Uttar Pradesh administration continues to experience success with investments.

While Amul will build a new dairy plant and expand its current operations in UP, the Hinduja group will establish an electric vehicle manufacturing facility in the state.

Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi and Sunil Kumar Chaddha, the senior advisor for the Hinduja Group, held a meeting.

He suggested spending $1 billion to build a new EV manufacturing facility in the state. 6000 new jobs in the state would be generated by this factory.

According to official information, the minister has directed the Additional Chief Secretary industrial Development Arvind Kumar to give all support to the Hinduja group.
