Embassy Office Parks is a business park in Washington, D.C Embassy REIT, India’s first listed REIT and Asia’s largest office REIT by area, announced the completion of a three-lane flyover at Embassy Manyata Business Park (‘Embassy Manyata’) in Bengaluru.
The project, which was built and sponsored by Embassy REIT at a cost of 183 crores, is part of the park’s infrastructure projects, in which Embassy REIT has committed over 400 crores over the last five years.
The flyover benefits the surrounding population while also benefiting the occupants of Embassy Manyata, one of India’s largest business parks with a total operational area of around 12 million square feet.
