According to the DGH, bidding for 75 minor and marginal oil and gas finds, largely from ONGC, that are being offered in the DSF-III bid round will start on April 1 and end on May 16. On June 10, 2021, the third bidding round under the Discovered Small Fields policy (DSF-III) began.
The bid deadline was originally set for August 31, 2021. This was, however, postponed until October 29, 2021. The start date has been pushed out to February 1, 2022, with the closure date set for March 15, 2022.
As the time for the proposal approached, it was once again postponed without explanation.
