With the opening of its brand-new, cutting-edge Industrial Packaging manufacturing plant in Dahej, Gujarat, TPL Plastech Limited (TPL Plastech) is growing its product line for industrial packaging and starting to produce Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs).
Drums and Jerry Cans of Narrow Mouth & Open Top, which are utilised in a variety of industries like Chemicals, Speciality Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Food Products, etc., will also be manufactured at the Greenfield site alongside IBCs.
The plant will serve both current and potential customers in the area as the demand for industrial packaging rises quickly.
Located in Dahej, Gujarat which is a major Industrial hub for chemical companies, the new facility is equipped with a fully automated line for manufacturing IBCs.
This automated line is one of the best in the industry in terms of production efficiency and will help reduce operating cost significantly, given the increasing labour cost.
In addition, being in proximity to customer and suppliers will help in an efficient working capital management.
