Bharat Electronics Ltd (BEL) and Triton Electric Car (TEV), an electric vehicle manufacturer with headquarters in the US, signed an agreement to collaborate on the production of hydrogen fuel cells.
BEL will produce the cells utilising the TEV-transferred technique. According to the corporation, this would also help to meet the needs of the Indian market and any other export markets that were mutually agreed upon.
The agreement, according to the business, would take advantage of the Government of India’s push to adopt clean energy fuels for use in transportation and energy storage in order to meet the demand for clean energy solutions for a variety of applications, including e-mobility.
