Ashoka Buildcon’s wholly owned subsidiary, Ashoka Baswantpur Singnodi Road (SPV), signed a Concession Agreement with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for the project ‘Development of 6 lane Access Controlled Greenfield Highways from KM 162.500 to KM 203.100 Baswantpur to Singnodi section of NH-150C (Package IV of Akkalkot-KNT/TS Border) on Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) under Bharatmala Pariyojana.
As required by the Concession Agreement, the SPV was formed as a fully owned subsidiary of the Company to carry out this project. The project’s acceptable bid cost is Rs 1079 crore.
On a build, operate, and transfer (BOT) basis, Ashoka Buildcon constructs and runs roads and bridges in India.
