ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India to invest Rs 1,66,000 crore in Gujarat

ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India (AMNS India), which has a steel mill in Hazira, Surat, will invest Rs 1,66,000 crore in six distinct projects in Gujarat, according to the Gujarat government.

 

The Gujarat government’s Additional Chief Secretary (Industries and Mines) Rajiv Kumar Gupta and AMNS India CEO Dilip Oommen signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for this potential investment, according to a statement from the state government.

 

In Gandhinagar, the MoU was signed in the presence of Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel.
