Antony Waste Handling Cell bags BMC’s Rs 1024 crore contract

Antony Waste Handling Cell announced that it has received a Rs 1,024 crore order from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) for the disposal of construction and demolition waste in Mumbai over a 21-year period.

The total contract term is 21 years, including the 12-month mobilisation period. The contract calls for the collection and processing of approximately 600 tonnes of debris waste per day.

“AG Enviro Infra Projects Private Limited, a material subsidiary of the Company, has been awarded a contract for “Collection, Transportation, Processing, and Disposal of Construction and Demolition (C&D) Waste in Mumbai City” of 600 tonnes per day. The contract is worth Rs. 1,146 crore for a 20-year concession period.” the company said.
