Adani Green commissions Third Hybrid plant in Rajasthan

Adani Green Energy Ltd (AGEL) announced the commissioning of its third hybrid power plant in Rajasthan, which has a 450 megawatt generating capacity (MW).

With a 1,440 MW operational capacity, AGEL claimed this made it the “world’s largest wind-solar hybrid power developer.”

“At Jaisalmer, AGEL has put into service its third wind-solar hybrid power plant. This recently installed hybrid power plant has a total operational generation capacity of 450 MW. With SECI, the plant has Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) for 25 years at Rs 2.67/kwh “In a statement, AGEL stated.

This project includes 420 MW of solar power and 105 MW of wind power.
