The manufacturer of auto parts Steel Strip Wheels Ltd said that it had agreed to establish a joint
venture with Redler Technologies of Israel for the research, production, and marketing of motion
controllers for electric vehicles in India.
According to a regulatory filing by Steel Strip Wheels Ltd, the two businesses have collaborated
on EV controllers for two-, three-, and four-wheelers and have signed a memorandum of
understanding to that effect.
The partnership will combine Redler’s access to cutting-edge technology with the company’s
manufacturing capacity, broad consumer base, and strong Indian presence, it was said.
According to the filing, Redler designs, develops, and produces servo motion control systems,
intelligent circuit breakers, and power distribution systems in contrast to Steel Strip Wheels,
which manufactures automobile wheels.
